Double check food out of kitchen to ensure it is up to serving standards for customers. Maintain a clean work environment. Memorize food and drink specials to ensure guests have a clear and fast answer. Maintain composure during heavy dinner rushes. Complete side work such as rolling silverware, filling ice, and cutting lemons. Communicate with both kitchen and other front of house members to ensure a good experience for every guest and eliminate issues like incorrect food and long wait times.
