I worked for the Volunteer Unit supporting four coordinators across three geographic regions. Reporting to the manager I underpinned the administrative process and our public face. I collated monthly statistics and reported at team meetings.

In tandem with Facilities Administrator role, I worked as a Case Administrator. My duties included writing letters, dealing with third parties - most commonly the police. I also updated databases and prepared assessments. I was responsible for the admin behind prison recalls and breaches of orders, taken back to the Criminal Justice system for enforcement relating to non-compliance.

I greeted service users and delt with their needs, face to face and via the phone. I handled post and email/text inboxes alongside finance and admin duties. My role also required me to check on the safety of staff and arrange support when I saw someone in who looked at risk of harm.

For a variety of clients I develop websites and social media platforms, and for some clients continue to manage them. I also write and edit content for clients.

I created the site, designed it's logo and visual style. I write over 90% of the sites content, and liaise with bands, PR companies and other publications to create the best output possible. I am involved with events at all levels. I book bands and arrange equipment. I then promote events digitally and directly. At events I work on the door, stage managing, sound engineering and when required DJing.

I combined social marketing, e-mail campaigns and search engine optimisation. This role also required me to edit and update the companies' website.
