Kyle is a founding member and Chair of CHLA's Sustainability Committee. Through his work, the hospital has initiated its commitment to engage in reviewing and improving its environmental impact and considering the social determinants of health within the work that we do.

In 2009 Kyle founded Together! ACT Now (T!AN), whose mission is to end the spread of HIV in poor and rural areas of Malawi through theatre, education & access. T!AN has educated over 110,000 Malawians on HIV, provided over 10,000 HIV tests in remote villages and currently run eight community groups.T!AN's vision is a just, prosperous, and healthy Malawi, free from the burdens of HIV.
