I’m an Alchemist – adept at mining, distilling, and curating to make sparks that will ignite inspiration, clarity and creativity.I ask people questions no one else will, uncover insights that even a truffle-pig would miss, boil the complicated down to its essence, create sparks of inspiration, unpack emotion to fuel creativity, humanize everything I touch, tell stories that can captivate indifferent teenagers, galvanize and nurture even the most dysfunctional teams, and turn inspiration into a show that would out-do Gaga at The Met Ball.After my advertising baptism at Publicis in Paris, I spent 20 years in my native UK on the London advertising scene, working as a strategic planner at Publicis, TBWA, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, the employee-owned co-operative St Luke’s and Saatchi & Saatchi. I then moved to my favorite city on earth to co-run the strategy group at Grey New York. 10 years later, I now have my own consultancy.During my career, I've helped Renault, Nissan and Toyota with new car launches, informed new product development for Unilever’s Elida Fabergé haircare division, encouraged LEGO to fuel children’s imaginations, persuaded IKEA to harness their Swedish roots to increase store visits, given the Absolut vodka campaign a uniquely British twist, provided insights for Ministers to begin a new program to improve adult literacy, advised the UK Trade & Industry team, consulted Grey Goose on modern luxury for their UK launch, informed P&G’s skincare design teams to modernize Olay, discovered what people really feel about their laundry for Tide/Ariel, helped head & shoulders create a new brand purpose, given Gillette a new take on masculinity, propelled Pringles onto the Super Bowl, inspired Marriott to learn from Lagy Gaga and 3M from Winnie-the-Pooh, helped Nestlé waters rethink sustainability, enabled Lindt to make people melt for real chocolate pleasure, enlightened Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Calvin Klein and Coty with some fresh fragrance perspectives.
