- Run all business office functions for senior living community
- Manage accounts receivable by scanning checks to the bank daily, verifying & posting deposits, following collection policy, communicating issues to superiors, & submitting A/R reports weekly
- Attend to accounts payable by uploading and submitting invoices daily, submitting new vendor requests, sending A/P accruals to company accountant, & balancing petty cash funds
- Meet with department managers weekly to measure actual expenditures to budget
- Process statements monthly
- Perform month-end closing for FullCount POS system & PointClickCare healthcare software
