I work with people who want to take the next step in their career. People who want to make a difference in the world, in their work, in their lives. They want balance. They want to be paid what they’re worth. They want direction. My focus is helping people hone in on the ideal next step in their career and then helping them get there. In what seems like another life, I spent more than 20 years in relationship building, partnership management, product management, consumer product design, business development, and everything in between, at companies ranging from a small, boutique consulting firm in Boston to Accenture, and then from Adaptec to Roxio to Napster to Apple.Although my work was always challenging and interesting, I ultimately felt like there was something missing. I decided to quit my job at Apple and take a break. That break turned into a long sabbatical where I took time for myself to recharge and redesign my career. After a long journey of deep self-exploration, I decided to help people achieve their career dreams. Now I feel privileged to be able to use my coaching skills, leadership experience, perspective, and empathy to help others. Nothing is as rewarding to me as helping people realize their full potential and live the best life possible. This is why I do what I do.When I’m not working, I enjoy making music, practicing yoga, getting outside in nature, travel, and volunteering.
