During my time at Herzing University, I held a position as a Customer Support Representative for WPS. In this role, I provided customer support for the Tricare government healthcare contract, which WPS had been awarded. Given the sensitive nature of the military information involved, I obtained DITSCAP certification. DITSCAP is a certification and accreditation from the Department of Defense Information Technology Security.
