As a member of the North American Bibliotheca AMH team, I provide AMH support directly to our customers in North America, so they can get the benefits from my experience, which I collected while working with customers in Europe and other parts in the world. The main role includes onsite visits, onsite engineering, customer specific training, customer specific SW configuration and sort line scripting as well as remote troubleshooting, problem analysis and solution implementation.
