With my experience in this industry I am able to optimise products & organisations by implementing game-elements. Gamification is one of the most powerful tools out there and it's my field of expertise with more than 15 years of experience. Besides this I have gained a lot of relevant knowledge and high level experience over the years and still learning every day. People make organisations! Motivated people can reach any goal if they are able to communicate open and work autonomous. My knowledge, experience, enthusiasm, communication skills, vision, creativity and open attitude are important ingredients to make change happen. The right approach is all it takes to make people develop first class products and reach any goal. In short: I am CEO of Noctua and we make sophisticated op source intelligence software for DigitaI research. We are adding a Gamification layer to this product, in order to motivate researchers. With this product I want to close the gap between ICT and Gamification, because there is a lot of potential when we are able to combine these worlds. Valuable, because it allows us to motive users.
