Leading a team of 24 working on management information systems, covering all areas in record to report processes. Responsible for Group controlling methodology, including financial reports, funds transfer pricing, profitability models, spend controlling and group level deposit and credit contract databases. Developing and maintaining Group and Core (Hungarian) BI and ERP solutions, such as Microsoft SQL Server databases and data cubes, IBM Cognos TM1 models and SAP ERP spend controlling systems. Coordinating the Group level single channel reporting initiative, affecting 1500+ users, 150+ entities in 10+ countries.
