Duties & Responsibilities:- Performing process design simulation and optimization using major process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, ProMax and SIMSCI PRO II)- Performing process sensitivity and debottlenecking studies for plants in terms of change in feed, composition, flowrate and conditions.- Performing process studies to improve existing oil and gas plant performance- Performing conceptual and FEED process design activities and studies- Developing and reviewing process design basis, process description and control philosophy documents.- Developing and reviewing process flow diagrams (PFDs) and Heat and Material Balance Tables.- Performing and reviewing dynamic simulation study reports and implementing relevant recommendations.- Performing technical evaluations for relevant process equipment and packages till the issuance of technical evaluation report.Developing performance test procedure and leading performance tests in site.Projects and Studies:- ADNOC - West to East Pipeline (WEP) EPC Project- ADNOC - SATAH Off Gas Compressor EPC Project- RED SEA - Petrochemical Complex FEED Project- GASCO - Raven Gases Introduction to WDGC and Amerya LPG Plant Study- GASCO - Meleiha Gas Facilities Study- AGIBA - Melieha Oil Treatment Plant Verification Study

- Process modelling using Aspen HYSYS (Steady state & Dynamic state).- Debottlenecking and performance optimization studies.- Building Operator Training Simulator (OTS) Dynamic Simulation Model linked to Distributed Control System and 3D Model utilized to provide trainings for operators prior to commissioning and start up.

Coordinating and Organising tryouts and trainings for the picked Nations Cup Team for all the sports leading the Egyptian Team to winning the 3rd Place in the Nations Cup for the first time while participating in 6 sports.

Summer training in the technical and operating department of Middle East Oil Refinery (MIDOR) that helped me understand the theory of operation of more than 12 Major Units while having visits to the main units and control room to get a more comprehensive understanding.

Planning tournaments and events on and off campus with committee members.Managed to promote the club and double the members compared with last year.Weekly training for beginners.Participated in designing Club T-Shirt.
