I’m managing three areas, the Business Analysis unit which is responsible for preparing all business digital demands/requirements specs innovatively and coordinating with all stakeholders till going live, also leading the IT Governance and compliance unit which manages both the IT budget and any IT compliance related including the responding to the external and internal audit to ensure that all digital requirements are complied with the internal and external regulations, finally, managing the IT security unit which is responsible on apply and monitor all Info Security process and policies across all the IT parties. I actively keep in touch with all Fintech aspects and key initiatives with the trended digital transformation in the MENA scope and also worldwide, to give me a full understanding of the Fintech landscape for both banked and unbanked individuals and SMEs.I shared in more than 50 projects/ Programs with different development, business and managerial roles, those projects were running across 28 countries.I have technical and managerial certificates like PMP, ITIL and CMMI L5 renewals, MBA (eCommerce) in 2013 and completed my (DBA) Doctorial of Business Administration in 2019.
