As a Product Manager, I played a pivotal role in the development and optimization of our Fulfillment Center (FC), a hub designed to streamline the supply chain from procurement to customer delivery.The FC at Shavaz encompasses critical processes such as sourcing products through our Commercial team, efficient inventory storage, meticulous packaging, and timely shipping to customers.
