I started my signage journey in 2007 with encouragement from my father. He was hoping for a successor in a trade that helped raise his family. In 2014, I revamped the business with my new business partner. We started the very first e-commerce signage company, allowing customers to purchase their corporate signage online. We bring convenience to our customers by allowing the customer to select from our e-shop, the type and size of their signage to fit their budget.With my partner’s background in technology, we did a massive overhaul of the business, incorporating various CNC machines that process raw materials quicker and more accurately. We also moved away from the traditional family business management style, to a more empowering style. We constantly encourage our team members (no matter where they are from and educational background) to learn and upskill themselves, as we unselfishly share our knowledge with them. Our vision is to build a multinational signage company, with them as our partners. Our mission is to build quality signage that can stand the test of time, with a quick, easy, and fuss-free online ordering process. My role in the company includes project management, process optimization, marketing strategy, and grooming of next-generation leaders. My passion is in cat welfare and rescue, which I spent a good part of my youth championing the cause. I have published my book Miracle Rescues in October 2020, it tells 9 stories of amazing community cats I met over the years. My interests include traveling to less trodden destinations, hawker cuisine, savoring cocktails and studying Chinese history.
