I provide after-school care for a wonderful, smart, and energetic 7 year old girl. I make sure she has transportation to her gymnastic practices, and also help her with her daily homework. I do light housekeeping chores so mom and dad have less things to worry about when they get home from work. When all responsibilities are done for the day, we do arts and crafts, practice gymnastics, play outside, etc.

I was the first assistant manager at Firehouse Subs. I worked 5-6 nights a week closing the store, and opened 1-2 days a week. My job entailed making sure the restaurant ran smoothly, giving every customer the best experience and highest quality food, and managing some of the best employees a person could ask for! Nightly duties included making sure prep had been completed, counting down the money at night, performing end of day duties, and making sure the store was properly closed down every night. When opening the store, my duties consisted of starting the financial day, running a smooth shift, making sure all prep got completed. I made the schedule for the store and had to learn about keeping labor low, but efficient. I was able to place truck and produce orders, and also prepare catering orders.

I was hired to work not only in store, but out of store for catering events. I worked with management during the Innsbrook Concert Series, and once that ended, worked in store during night shifts. I have been cross trained to work both front of house (cashier) and in the back of house (grilling and preparing food)

I was a team member who was cross trained to work both in the front taking orders, and in the kitchen preparing food. I was also offered training opportunities for leadership, and to grow within the company.
