Follow up orders with suppliers and internal parties to ensure on-time delivery of the orders- Handle the development of the styles- Handle the sample management- Negotiate the cost prices and control delivery schedule to achieve product team's requirements.- Review Purchase Orders- Communicate requirements to factories- Handle the product team's enquiries- Monitor development and production status2. Arrange sample submission for approval- Check samples- Communicate the comments between suppliers and product team3. Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers for product development and production.- Maintain strong business relationships through regular contacts with factories4. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet product team's quality and budget requirements- Source material or accessories5. Keep good communication between production, product team and suppliers.6. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
