Mr. Palma has joined forces with a former colleague, Brian Holstein, at US Hotel Advisors, where he serves as Managing Director. In this capacity, Noel is responsible for new business development, as well as originating and sourcing hotel loans, equity and other financing vehicles on a national platform. Mr. Palma started at HVS Capital as an analyst/associate and rose to Vice President. As Vice President, Noel was responsible for origination and placement of debt, financial structuring, and transactional advisory within the hospitality real estate industry. Mr. Palma began his professional hospitality career with HVS’ Consulting & Valuation Services group in San Francisco. Noel was personally trained by the foremost authority on hotel real estate appraisals and studies, Suzanne Mellen. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Palma appraised or evaluated over 65 hotels, casinos, and other hospitality oriented real estate assets.
