Facilitated the creation and execution of resource work orders for all production lines at GESAT, ensuring optimized resource allocation and enhanced operational efficiency.-Supervise daily Warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, productivity, shipping, and customer service.-Work towards business and department KPIs (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People), utilizing and maximizing available storage space whilst achieving the business's target for inventory turns.-Reviewing material shortage risks and/or issues against the production schedule, working with procurement to mitigate problems, and flagging to other stakeholders, as necessary.-Work collaboratively with project planners to support materials forecast accuracy.-Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.-Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.-Monitor the results of changes to the inventory plan/forecast and recommend modifications for the prevention of excess inventory and "stock outs".-Work collaboratively with cell leaders and project management to maintain a master production schedule in a way that meets customer needs, and business goals, and maximizes supply chain velocity.-Take the lead on material variances, investigate, and resolve as appropriate using 8D methodologies.-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.- Driving Lean/Kaizen initiatives and tracking their impact/cost savings.- Leading and participating in QMS practices such as FMEA, RCA and SBAR

- Leading Gas Turbine Capex investment projects- from proposal/cost benefit analysis through to installation and commissioning/handover.- Proactively monitors risks, own escalations, mitigation and initiatives necessary for corrective actions.- Executing cost reduction projects based on strategic imperatives of the business.- Identifying and leading supplier quality development programs to continuously improve supplier performance.- Support Q-framework, QMS and ISO audits as required.- Prepare, present, and influence senior managers on current and future sourcing imperatives. - Work effectively with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and site planner personnel on day-to-day problem resolution and opportunities for cost reduction.- Planning coordination, installation/commissioning of new kit, equipment, or contractor supervision.- Manage regular forecasting process for stable material inflow.- Drive new hire training, SOP creation and maintenance.

- Support the EHS team to define, improve, lean, simplify, communicate and maintain site EHS program requirements and expectations.- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of existing and proposed local in international regulations.- Modify and implement compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems.- Ensure compliance of plant operations with regulatory requirements relating to air, solid waste, chemical, water, health and safety- Support Q-framework, QMS and ISO audits as required.
