- A Shaw Business Position - I was offered this position at Shaw to assist with the creation and development of our new referral partner program. We are currently looking to fill a few remaining slots available to potential referral partners so please enquire with me today! Responsibilities:• Identify and acquire referral partners for Shaw Business. Support their and clients day to day needs for telecom services. • Sell our full suite of voice, data and internet products to small and medium businesses. • Establish and maintain strong and trusting relationships with Business owners, managers and/or IT decision makers through personal contact and superior customer service. • Identify and analyze our clients’ business requirements, propose potential solutions, negotiate and close new business revenues. • Design and implement new processes to support the growth of our tier/program.• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives for Shaw Business services both contracted and uncontracted services• Within Shaw, Coordinate the activities between planning, operations, and other regions to support the implementation of local and national opportunities. • Identify and monitor measures to overcome competitive activities within our market • Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting as well as detailed analysis of sales funnel

As a CSE, my responsibilities were to support our lead generation program from our website and assist interested clients with our suite of Shaw Business Services. In this role, I had the opportunity to learn the Telecom and IT space, services and applications in the market that our clients use and connect to our network. Within this employment opportunity, I was afforded the luxury of being training on our technology but also telecom as a whole. I left this position as I took advantage of a promotion to the Shaw Business Partner Program.
