•Responsible for directing Anodize, ETP,LAB. operations performed in three shifts of production lines, ensuring the anodize and finish operations reaches safety, quality, volume and cost goals.•Oversee the development/execution of Anodize Strategic A3's that align EHS, Quality, Time, Cost & People with the operations business case•Oversees day to day operations in the Anodizing Department and evaluates and performs functions of staffing, quality, safety, housekeeping, delivery and cost of manufacturing.•Able to develop a High-Performance Team and deliver results.•Fosters an environment that allows staff and responsible departments to interact and develop processes and procedures that comply with Business Policy and promotes continuous improvement.•Recommends capital expenditures for acquisition of new equipment to increase efficiency and services of the department.•Approves requisitions for equipment, materials and supplies within limits of department budgetEnforces compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations.•Investigates causes of customer or other complaints and responds accordinglyCarries out responsibilities in accordance with organizations' policies and applicable laws. •Responsibilities include interviewing, making hiring decisions, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

1.Reaponsible WTP, ETP, DM Plant, HP Compressor Compressors, Chiller Operation & Maintenance.2.Monitoring, controlling and utilizing men, machine, and material for optimum productivity.3.Direct and control all utility staff to ensure that they are properly motivated.4.Drafting a timescale for the job.5.Setting the quality standards.6.Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.7.Liaison among different departments, e.g. implement, design8.Working with managers to implement the company`s policies and goals.9.Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed.10.Supervising and motivating a team of workers & Reviewing worker performance.

 Supervising the installation, commissioning and taking handover WTP (Thermax), Ultrafiltration System (Chirwa). Maintain and calibrate measuring instrument as per standard and schedule.  Flowing CCP, FSMS, HACCP, GMP, BSTI & BU Requirements in water processing system. Responsible to take Corrective actions to reduce Breakdown. Investigate operating problems, analyze root causes. Inventory management of critical spare parts. Ensure the production line & machine ready for production After CIP & COP.
