I am Hossain Md Asif Rabbany, a dedicated Civil Engineer with a degree from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) and a proud Member of The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (M-42316). My career has been shaped by a commitment to excellence in engineering and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in the construction industry.I began my professional journey with Meghna Group of Industries as a Technical Support Engineer from November 2015 to May 2016, where I gained valuable experience in providing engineering solutions and technical support. In May 2016, I joined Mir Akhter Hossain Ltd. as an Office/Planning Engineer, playing a key role in the successful execution of road and bridge projects until December 2017.In December 2017, I joined Confidence Infrastructure PLC as a Project Engineer. Through dedication and hard work, I advanced to the position of Deputy Project Manager in 2020. During my tenure, I managed a variety of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control and effective stakeholder management. I left the company in August 2022 to support my family.In October 2024, I took a bold step toward fulfilling a lifelong dream by starting my own business, TARS Engineering, where I currently serve as Managing Director. TARS Engineering is an emerging civil construction and supply company, providing services in construction, steel fabrication, materials supply, manpower solutions and land development. This new venture represents the culmination of years of experience and ambition and I’m excited to lead it into the future.Throughout my career, I’ve consistently demonstrated a focus on delivering excellence in project management, team leadership and technical innovation. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the engineering and construction sectors through TARS Engineering, taking on new challenges and creating a lasting impact in the industry.
