It Manager
CurrentPrimary Responsibilities:• Technical Support: Troubleshooting and assisting with hardware, software and network issues. Responding to support requests as quickly as possible. • System management: Main and manage servers, databases, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.• Network management: monitor and manage network performance, such as firewalls, switches, routers, etc. Implement security protocols and best practices.• Software Deployment: Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications. Ensure compatibility and performance across all devices.• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures. Develop user manuals and documentation for IT systems.• User Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on new technology and software applications. Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users.• Project Management: Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, migrations and deployments. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.• Research and Development: Stay informed on the latest technology trends and best practices. Evaluate new tools and software for potential implementation.
