- Budgeting, monitoring of budget and controlling of budget.- Monitoring of cash flows and predicting future trends.- Analyzing operating performance and advising management. - Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities. - Capital budgeting & investment analysis for new investment.- Preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS.- Working capital management which mainly includes arranging new source of finance through short term debt financing by financial institutions and monitoring of trade receivables closely.- Processing of MIS and accounting records through web based ERP.- Supervising & managing Tax & VAT matters.- Withholding tax management (TDS & VDS) and overseeing the regulatory returns like Monthly VAT, Tax (return 18 & 21), half yearly withholding tax , yearly salary statement (108), annual tax return are submitted timely. - Arrangement of payment against obligations through managing cash flows. - Supervising bank reconciliations daily.

- Daily financial data entry using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) based on Oracle.- Processing of Suppliers’ bill.- Posting of L/C (Letter of credit) related entries & analyze the cost of raw materials whether been posted accordingly.- Posting of LTR, Term Loan, CC and calculation of interest thereon. - General banking & banking correspondences.- Arrangement of payment against obligations (Such as supplier payments, bank loan repayment etc.)- Conducting of reconciliation weekly (Such as bank reconciliation, branch account reconciliation, inter company balance reconciliation.- Withholding tax management. - Preparation of pay-roll at the end of every month.- Preparation of Financial Statements.- Production of any sort of report required by superior.
