Manage total operation sales of Retail and Super stores channel that comprised a total of 5 head count, including 4 merchandisers and 2 drives in western region ( Makkah and Jeddah Region ) Develop sales plan for assigned channel . Monitor, control the performance against target, forecast and take the prevent and correction action  Develop & test different service model to drive efficiency of the operation. i.e. Route planning, KPI’s, Focus of the month , near toexpired and return  Develop Contractual agreements with key customer to secure volume & share of business within top 20 customers in the regions Develop the vertical & horizontal distribution. Train, develop and coach the sales team to raise their capabilities Conduct the market survey about competition (prices , new product etc…) and share it with the management to act accordingly and seek for  Participating in the promotion plan and get the feedback. Following collection with sales rep and customers. Report  Make sure that the operation of sales complies with the company policy. Manage all the admin. and support function for operation sales (approval, commission, vacation etc.…..)
