1. Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.2. Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery.3. Estimate and plan projects from start to finish, with built in contingencies.4. Ensure projects meet Johnson Controls Application development standards.5. Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project.6. Ensure necessary documentation is available for all Projects to support business continuity.7. Liaise with superiors and peers to agree and prioritize development projects activities to align with the business needs.8. Analyze and incorporate adequate security controls in all applications developed to maintain information security.9. Ensure development procedure, standards and templates used during project phases to maintain the consistency of business applications.

Responsibilities:1. Updating and collecting data required for management reports.2. Responsible for identifying Training Needs and execution of plans for the engineering teams.3. Preparing & monitoring budgets and maintenance cost and expenses.4. Outsources communication and negotiation.5. Continual improvements and meet Key Result and Performance Criteria expectations in accordance with the departmental expectations derived from business plans.6. Analyze and determine what equipment to purchase/lease, and how they are to be equipped.7. Prepare the Preventive Maintenance Plane and ensure the execution of it.8. Ensure overall activity to manage the level of spare parts.9. Monitoring Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and define continuous improvement plans by leading daily and weekly meeting.10. Supervise electro mechanical work including but not limited to generator, ATS, UPS, electrical wiring, cabling, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, and other mechanical equipments.11. Devising cost-control maintenance measures.12. Monitoring and reporting the cause of any reoccurrence breakdown calls.

Responsibilities:1. Perform moderately complex duties in the electrical, electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical areas.2. Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications, and control diagrams.3. Handle, implement and address all maintenance issues within site equipment.4. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance is made to all site equipment.5. Follow up & escalate any major electro-mechanical issues identified and ensure a timely resolution.6. Prepare technical reports for proper documentation and provide updates to the direct Manager.7. Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix8. Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for ensuring safe working practices and procedures2. Ensure all required materials and resources are arranged for timely execution of the project.3. Knowledge of Electrical designs and drawings.4. Follow-up with the contractor to ensure that the design and actual deliverables match as per standards.5. Set clear performance objectives that are clear, specific, challenging and achievable and provide regular and appropriate performance feedback to staff.6. Estimate project budget and schedule.7. Plan and schedule project timelines.8. Manage and coordinate in liaison with the project leads, all testing and commissioning works including interface with client and other contractors on site.9. Provide technical support and guidance to sub- contractors on the work site to ensure Operational Acceptance Tests are carried out to the appropriate standards.10. Carry out hands-on dynamic system commissioning.11. Witness and verify Contractor Mechanical completion & pre-commissioning activities.12. Develop Commissioning Installation and pre-functional equipment checklist.13. Create Functional Acceptance Test documents in line with Design Specification of the equipment.14.
