• I've 25 years of experience in several managerial and executive fields such as ICT, Strategic Planning, Quality management, Risk management and Developing systems using Oracle.• I received two international excellence awards and many other internal awards and participated in 13 international Conferences as the main speaker and a researcher.• I participated in many important projects such as re-engineering project. Also, I was one of the main team who prepared a strategic plan and KPI’s. I asserted in building TQM system in International Islamic relief Org. and got “ISO 9001” certificate, I led an internal quality team (25 persons) to develop all process for renewing its certificate for 5 years. He has a good knowledge of change management using ADKAR Model. • I used to pass his knowledge with his colleges and all other employees through preparing training courses in Quality management, change management, risk management and ICT.
