- Planning, organizing and controlling activities such as sourcing techno - commercial evaluation, ordering, inspection, reporting, logistic and delivery, payment processing, etc.- Suppliers facilities visit and survey for proper inspection - Responsible for establishing foreign and domestic supplies.- Obtain quotation, Negotiate with the vendor, issue purchase orders. - Identifying and developing potential vendors globally and locally for the right sourcing.- Acquiring list of materials and spare parts needed.- Prepare the comparison sheet to make comparison between vendors.- Studying sales records and inventory levels.- Tracking of departmental budgets.

- Responsible for providing our Egyptian Clients with our Principles Quotations and/or Bidding offers. - Follow up on execution of individual sub-contractors and third party’ plans/targets.- Coordination between suppliers and our Egyptian sub-contractors- working under ISO 9000-200 regulations (Quality Management System)- Handling all the Formal Communications in/out our Company (Verbal, Written) with our Key Stakeholders.- Monitoring sub-contractors operations through field visits and reporting.- Full knowledge of all the L/C's conditions.- Managing logs including the entire project items status.- Follows up the documentation of each shipment to ensure accurate processing and delivery.- Responsible for reviewing technical and commercial offers and issuing purchase orders and payment terms.- Responsible for procuring electrical items specially for the high power material
