Review, advice and approval of piping materials specifications and piping classes.5. Review, advice and approval of piping wall thickness calculations.6. Review, advice and approval of PFD’s, P&ID's. 7. Review, advice and approval of the material of construction selection and suitability for service conditions.8. Preparing for ITB and evaluation of technical proposals.

Preparing welding procedures specifications and the procedure qualification records. 3. Requisition and technical studies and specifications of welding rods, electrodes, equipment and machinery.4. Visual inspection and quality control of welds.5. Maintenance and Fabrication of static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers “shell & tube” and air coolers), piping and steel structure.6. Preparing workshop fabrication drawings of pressure vessels and heat exchangers.7. Material requisitions for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and piping material of construction. 8. Material requisition of workshop equipment (rolling machines, heat exchanger maintenance and fabrication equipment, workshop machinery, … etc).
