▪ Validate the detailed technical design of complex VPN Implementations.▪ Accountable for the right-on-time and right-first-time error-free for basic & full configuration for new implementations for MPLS & SD-WAN connections▪ Perform provisioning & meshing function for new implementations.▪ Perform router configuration, activation and acceptance testing for new implementations (Organic growth) with field engineers.▪ Specify with the customer and internal requestor the acceptance testing procedures for complex VPN changes.▪ Document the VPN design and make it available to the operational entities in case needed.▪ Provide expert support to pre-sales and project managers on VPN change management requests on case-by-case basis.▪ Meet the targets set by the management with regards to: customer satisfaction, right on time, first time success rate & productivity.▪ Supporting the management of multiple projects.

- Network Configuration , management and implementation- Operating sites using protocols as BGP ,OSPF And Static routing-Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues-Monitoring Wan Network using monitoring tools such as RiverBed- Handling vendors and ISPs and IT support at branches to resolve Network issues-Infrastructure enhancement such as replacing branches routers, Activating new lines andupgrade existing ones with ISP - Handling 4G Connection for ATM and branches

• Supporting leased lines & MPLS VPN issues of Enterprise Customers.• Supporting Multiple various connection types (Local loops,Wimax,Fiber and 4G)• Troubleshooting multiple customers Services (MPLS L3VPN, MPLS l2VPN and Internet)• Troubleshooting PE-CE routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, static)• Troubleshooting on Cisco CPE routers (1800,1900,2800,888) and Juniper SRX series• Configuration of customer's premises (SHDSL modems and CE/CPE routers)• Configuring SHDSL local loop terminations on DSLAM and MSAN• Hands on experience with Routers and Switches (Cisco, Juniper, Brocade)
