As a Team leader and consultant, I had the privilege of leading the design of the "Migration Application Support System" as part of the "Migration for Development" program.Commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the program aims to reduce the risks of migration and strengthen its positive effects on development. The program is being implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, a leading provider of international cooperation services for sustainable development.As the project manager, I was responsible for leading the team and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of the migration application support system for visitors of the Egyptian-German Centre for Jobs, Migration, and Reintegration. My key responsibilities included managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensuring that project goals were met on time and within budget.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, I was responsible for improving customer satisfaction by effectively managing client accounts and resolving conflicts. I led several projects and conducted extensive research to identify opportunities for improvement.
