As a member of the Integrated Software Qualification Testing (ISQT) team within an Agile framework, my role encompasses:• Participation in the Dodge Charger SIXPACK 2025 vehicle.• Executed software V&V activities for Engine and Transmission Control Units ECUs, achieving IS026262 FuSa compliance; verified functional and system requirements to mitigate risks and enhance product quality.• Executed test procedures using HIL simulators and tools like dSPACE, ETAS INCA, and Vector tools e.g. CANoe and CANalyzer, guided by the Design Verification Plan (DVP).• Engineered test cases on HIL simulators that led to optimizing the simulation process, and enhancing testing efficiency and testing time.• Responsible for propulsion systems features testing.• Read requirements, schematics, and datasheets for system and SW components to execute a variety of test plans to ensure the CFTS verifies the MBSE requirements.• Utilized IBM DOORS for engineering workflow management and issue/bug reporting.• Engaged in V-Model activities and communication with software developers, scrum masters, and product managers to ensure coordinated efforts with Agile methodologies.

Key achievements and responsibilities:• Mentored (100+) technicians in automotive electrical systems, significantly boosting their expertise and operational efficiency.• Developed and executed 6 training modules on topics including Battery Testing, Alternator Functions, Starter Mechanisms, Wiring Harness, and Fault Diagnosis.• Participated in on-the-job training focused on in-vehicle networking, with a focus on the Controller Area Network (CAN), enriching my technical skill set.

At the HCM Lab at Ain Shams University, part of the innovative Ain Shams Virtual Hospital, we merge engineering and medical expertise to advance rehabilitation and assistive technologies. Our work emphasizes the practical application of mechatronic principles to improve lives. A highlight project, InMoov, showcases our commitment to innovation: a humanoid robot crafted from 3D-printed PLA, designed to autonomously navigate and interact with its environment, exemplifying our lab's dynamic approach to research and development in real-world applications.

As part of a 50-member team, we participated in the Formula Student UK competition.• Achieved the 1st rank in Africa and the Middle East, securing 22nd place worldwide among 100+ university teams.• Won a £50,000 prize in the YLF Leaders League for the best student activity in Egypt.
