Hossein Davani is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 35 years of experience in various accounting fields such as auditing, taxes, assurance and cost accounting. Due to his international experience in tax and Value Added Tax, he has been consulting many international brands and corporations intending to expand into the Iranian market. Davani has been working with RSM International and one of the Big Four accounting firms before sanction on Iran. Additionally he has authored and co-authored more than 14 books and has written more than 200 professional articles about the economy, accounting and corporate governance. Furthermore he has taught accounting courses at Iranian Universities such as Sharif University of Technology. From 2001 to 2005 Davani has served as the Chief Editor for "Hesabdar Magazine" published by the Iranian Institute of Certified Accountants which is a member of IFAC.
