Nature is my passion.I landed in the F&F and MAPs industry 14 years ago and I feel so lucky today. Essential oils and generally medicinal and aromatic plants (MAPs) have given me a new passion. During all this time I have learned about trading raw materials, pricing, product management... but above all I learned about the beauty of essential oils: sourcing, qualities, components, production processes, farming, personal stories... and I still learning passionately.With over 14 years of experience in the natural essential oils, flavors, and fragrance industry, I am the Chief Executive Officer of Aromede in Iran, a leader in sourcing, manufacturing, and supplying natural ingredients for the perfume, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, and beverage sectors. I am also managing Aromede Smell Tours project, a subsidiary activity based in Kashan. I have a PhD degree in Business administration from the University of Shahid Beheshti in Iran, and also spent of part of my PhD in Lyon 3 university in France. I am fluent in English, Arabic, French and Farsi, and have a keen interest in the cultural and environmental aspects of natural ingredients. My core competencies include strategic planning, business development, product innovation, market research, customer relations, and team leadership. I am passionate about creating and delivering high-quality, sustainable, and ethical products that meet the diverse and evolving needs of our customers and consumers. My mission is to grow and strengthen the Aromede brand and network, and to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation among our employees and partners.
