During my career, I have worked as an Aircraft Technician, Flight Engineer, FDR Analyst, Inspector, Instructor, Production Control Supervisor, deputy Production Manager, Engine Engineering Manager, CAMO Planning Manager, Continuing Airworthiness Director, C.E.O Consultant and Accountable Manager.I began my career in the Aviation industries with A&P certificate, working on the aircraft in Line Maintenance and then I was subsequently promoted to Flight Engineer and FDR Analyst and Inspector.Then, with extensive experience gained on jet engines (particularly the CFM56 Family, TV3-117, V2500, CF6-50/80 and Trent-500) I achieved a level 5 Type certificate for CFM56 engines and level 3 Type certificate for Trent-500 RB211. Following this, I was appointed as the Engine Engineering Manager to stablish the Jet Engine Shop.After that I made my way to CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) where I focused on Structural improvement within the organization, maintenance planning management, creating efficient and practical processes, supervising engine and aircraft repair centers and implementing special monitoring of engines. During this time, I became a "CAA.IRI Form 4" holder in an airline as a CAMO Director.Currently I serve as the Accountable Manager of an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO).In addition, I have the teaching experience in mechanics and aviation courses at some universities and airlines.I have also acted as a consultant for some Airlines/Shops/Companies, with expertise in Shop (MRO) setup, CAMO setup and Process Improvement.
