As a research assistant and animal research technician at the Research Center, I play a pivotal role in facilitating the execution of in vivo experiments. My responsibilities encompass a spectrum of tasks, ranging from meticulous daily health monitoring of experimental animals to administering drugs and performing surgical procedures as required by the study protocols. Additionally, I contribute to the scientific endeavor through my proficiency in various laboratory techniques, including immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) staining. Furthermore, I am adept at performing cell culture and conducting cytotoxicity and viability assays, as well as proficiently executing western blot analyses. In addition to my laboratory duties, I also contribute to the smooth operation of the facility by assisting with day-to-day lab maintenance tasks. My commitment to precision and excellence ensures the successful implementation of experimental procedures, thereby advancing the center's research objectives.
