I have more than 20 years of industrial experience in the field of vibration fault diagnosis, integrated condition monitoring, and reliability engineering. My experience includes working in different roles including program manager, vibration analyst, instructor, and consultant. This has occurred through working in a 4*325MW steam power plant for about 5.5 years and then in a consulting and engineering services company for about 10.5 years. In this company , I performed condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and reliability related jobs for more than 100 industrial plants including almost any type of industrial sectors (to name a few: Power, Utility, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Cement, Mining, Steel, Copper, Aluminum, Sugar, Food, Port, Glass, Packaging).Based on an extensive involvement in different aspects of industrial equipment reliability and maintenance issues, I have a solid technical background in this area. Just as an example, I have very good knowledge about different rotating machinery vibration issues (including their unique vibrational behavior, vibration causes, diagnosis techniques, and remedial actions to solve vibration-related problems).I really like learning and teaching. I have instructed 203 training courses so far with great participants' satisfaction based on assessments that have been done after each course. Because I teach what I have been involved with for several years, I can help the students wholly understand the topics and get ready to use them in practice.Based on a plan for extending my knowledge and experience about new and advanced technologies (including Industry 4.0, Machine Learning, Data Science, Industrial Internet of Thing, and Fault Prognostics), I got back to university and finished a program related to these topics in University of Windsor (Ontario, Canada). After successful graduation, I started to work in Anoosh Tech Inc where we designed and manufactured a smart wireless vibration monitoring platform.
