- Consulting site project planners to prepare plan, progressing system, tracing & controlling system and reporting forms. - Conducting regularly meetings with project owner, subcontractors and planner team to control the project and tracing the progress and issue solving.

- Master planner of all EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) activities in logistics project of Aryasasol Polymer Co. - Updating (planned progressing) and rescheduling (actual progressing) of the project by Primavera project planner and MSP softwares and preparing gap and delay analyses.- Preparing gap and delay analyses report and reporting the critical, near critical activities and area on concerns of project. - Preparing action lists and weekly base to do list- Developing systematic tracking tools for progressing of engineering and procurement activities.

-I was subcontractor for handling the mentioned project. I was team leader from technical and managerial points of view. Our team recognized 3 first bottlenecks of the oil manufacturing line and put the comments for improving the capacity of bottlenecks for achieving the balanced flow of material.

-Developing and solving a mathematical model for production planning of Razi petrochemical Co. to achieve maximum profit.

- As-is system analyzing and to-be system designing for national labs of Amirkabir university of technology. - Developing required procedures, report formats, organizational structure and linkage of the system to the other related departments of university
