Senior Supervisor of Mechanised Drilling of Mashhad Metro Line 4. Mashhad Metro Line 4 with a length of approximately 17.5 km near the tomb of Khajeh Rabi in the northeast of Mashhad city and passing through High-traffic city passages such as Khajeh Rabi Street, Shohada Square, Motahar Razavi Shrine (AS), and Mosalla Boulevard ending in Shahid Rajaei Town. This line has 15 stations and its tunnel is done by mechanized drilling method by the French NFM TBM machine.I am responsible for Supervision of following activities :Analyze, review and confirm the results of quality control tests of segment construction materials (reinforcement, cement, sand, water, and additives) and ensure continuous control of materials by the laboratory.Continuous monitoring of the quality control process of segment construction (cage weaving, concreting, processing).Control of technical specifications and quality of parts and requirements for ring making such as gasket connex dowel and guide rod.continuous control of drilling parameters of the machine including:Daily monitoring of earth pressure balance (EPB) and other drilling parameters such as Thrust and Torque and … of the machine and provide preventive solutions to control EPB pressure.Control daily information received from PPS Guidance Systems such as lead & offset, chainage roll& pitch, plan & profile.Continuous control of the grout injection process in the space behind the installed tunnel segments (pressure and volume of injected mortar)Receive and control daily subsidence surveys and precision instruments for surface monitoring of drilling paths and sensitive and important buildings.Review daily drilling reports and monitor work progress in coordination with the scheduleCoordination meetings with the owner, contractors, at the sites to solve technical issues and other related mattersContinuous assurance of the QC supervision process of the workshop according to the mechanized drilling quality control regulations.

Depot of Mashhad Urban Railway Line 2Toral Area : 740 000 m2The Mashhad Urban Railway Line 2 is the second metro line that facilitate passengertransport in the city of Mashhad, Iran. The metro line situated beneath street levelin a tunnel running in a Northeast – Southwest direction.In total 12 stations are situated along the line. Furthermore, metro line 2 is connectedto Mashhad metro line 1 and (to be constructed in the future) line 3 and 4 . The total length of line 2 is approximately 14.3 km.
