As a customer Project Manager I was one of the key representatives for Ericsson managing our customers and delivering complex solution integration project. I was involved in the project planning, risk assessment, securing resources globally, monitoring project progress, and executing all activities while controlling project costs and scope. I was accountable for all project financial management including issuing PO for vendors, invoicing customer and delivering to the expected profit margin for the business. This included direct and constant communication with our customers. I was responsible for monitoring and controlling project progress and deliveries and was focusing on the needs and priorities of the customer and other important project stakeholders. This included creating and maintaining an integrated project plan at a sufficient level of detail to manage and track project progress. The projects I have been involved are mainly Ericsson IPTV (Multiscreen) products, Third Party Partner products, Custom Development based on customer requirements, Consulting Services, and business process re-engineering/transformation.

As a member of Business Unit Support System (BUSS) organization, I have been involved in different stages of products/projects life cycle. Analysis, development, design, leading cross-functional teams, planning (working with product managers to prioritize customer requirements and create product backlog) , executing, monitoring and closing projects are/were some of my responsibilities since I have joined Ericsson. Responsibilities (2003 up to now):- R&D/Customer Project Manager- Scrum Master-Team Lead- Sr. SW Designer- Agile CoachProjects:1- Multiscreen TV (MMP-IPTV) & MediaFirst/Mediaroom : Are systems where a digital television service is delivered using Internet Protocol over a network. 2- Web Communication Gateway (WCG: HTTP to SIP): Server side application acts as a proxy between IMS core and any HTTP enabled client.3- RCS (Rich Communication Suite): Is a new business solution which aims to create a new community oriented communication experience. RCS is an end-to-end solution that offers communication services and enablers to mobile and fixed operators. (http://goo.gl/3S2kU)4- LifeStore: Is a rich social community gateway that brings the operator mobile network into the social web. It enables users to put a name to their number and connect with other users. 5- ICS (Integrated Communication Suite) Joint project with T-Mobile Germany: Represents a strategic initiative to define a compelling communication offer based on IMS for consumers. 6- MMS: The Multimedia Messaging Service, unit's mandate is to design high performing, well-integrated, end-to-end multimedia messaging solutions for operators which will allow them to offer mobile users the possibility to send and receive multimedia messages. MMS uses technology based on Wireless Application Protocol and 3G. 7- MML: Multimedia Library complements sending and receiving multimedia messages between users, providing the users with access to long-term repository for their multimedia content.

Responsible to develop the payment processing applications listed below. All applications were developed and implemented in Java using J2EE (JSP, EJB, and Servlets), CORBA and XML with Oracle as the back-end database.1- FirePay is similar to an on-line bank; users can add funds to their accounts, withdrawal or transfer funds. 2- STT (Surefire Total Transaction) bypasses the hurdles of a merchant account, the inconvenience of a physical credit card swipe machine, the waiting time for a check to clear, the hand-written invoices, etc.3- STT Partner is a tool for STT, which gives to the user the ability to design and configure the interfaces, messages, titles and functionality of STT. STT Partner was designed based on MVC model. 4- QuickBooks for the Web is for managing small business financial data from any location.
