پس از فارغ التحصیلی در سال ۱۳۷۸ ، با ادامه کار حرفهاي خود در زمینه بازرگانی در سال ۱۳۸۰ اولين مجموعه از گروه نيكان را پايهگذاري نمود. تجارب مديريت پروژه و اجرايي پروژههاي ساختماني و صنعتي ماحصل این دوره از فعالیت با دریافت رتبه از سازمان مدیریت و برنامه ریزی کشور می باشد.پس از آن به مطالعه و پژوهشهای آکادمیک و غیر آکادمیک در زمينههاي معماري ، معماري داخلي و دكوراسيون تا سطح مدیریت طرح – مديريت و مربیگری ، روانشناسي ، تورگردانی و طبیعت گردی تا سطح تدریس و مدیریت اجرایی پرداخت. در سال ۱۳۸۴ مجموعه زندگی سبز ایرانیان برگزار کننده کارگاه ها و همایش های آموزشی – تفریحی و مجری تورهای گردشگری و در سال ۱۳۸۷ مجموعه نیکان آموت طراح و مجری پروژه های معماري و دکوراسیون داخلی را راهاندازي نمود.در این بازه کسب تجربه از آموزش مهارت های کار و زندگی و سفر به عنوان رهجو و مسافری مشاهدهگر ، بيان هنري و فلسفی وی را پرورش داده و این تجربيات شخصي و كشف نيازهاي انساني در سبک کار و طرح های جزء نگر او تجسم یافته است.در ادامه با بهرهگيري از ۱۵ سال تجربه اجرايي و مديريتي و تكيه بر دانش مهندسان و طراحان مجرب مجموعه در سال ۱۳۹۲ با راه اندازی توسعه مهندسی نیکان و ارائه راهکارهای جامع ساختمان و املاک به سوي بازارهاي جديد گام بر داشته است.abilities in practice1.concrete structures:water & sewage reservoir,pool & cistern,ceiling & structure,industrial foundations(press 200-2000tons,robot,carosel,chamfer machine,...),revetment and shear & core walls, bridge,strengthening concrete structures &other special structures2.luxury building enterprise:masonry & brick works,finishing works,light & heavy steel works,glass & compositefacades(frameless & decorative design)3.technical office:preparing operating orders,process-verbals,condition invoices,financial statements and mastery overcontracts,tendering & agreements4.design:architectural and interior design in modern and classic methods for Residential ,Administrative ,Commercial,Accommodation ,Remedial ,Industrial structures
