I like human capital management. I love working in areas that are relevant to Humans and their concerns as much as I enjoyed working in a school. My interests are traditional music, studying ancient literary texts and reading historical texts and articles. I must also add my passion for books in the field of human resources to this list.I have gained experience and have demonstrated various positive and negative points in my work, in the approximately ten years that I have been working in the field of human capital management. I love my job.I am interested in the field of data analysis that leads to leadership in the field of human capital. I see my career goal in influencing human capital. I consider human capital to be the most important asset of an organization and I think their management and operation directly affect the profitability of the business. I consider administrative, employment, welfare issues and the like as the foundation of human resources; however, I do not stop at them and I think the creation of value in human resources depends on conscious policy-making in interaction with the elements of the organization through organizational culture, internal branding and the development of the organization's people. I believe in personal interaction with the people in the organization and I find each person's role useful.I have two children and my wife and I try to create a good work-life balance. I am relatively fluent in English, Arabic and French.
