I currently work as the legal adviser for a variety of engineering companies involved in construction industry. Besides providing the legal advice to engineering, manufacturing, and contractors companies concerning construction contract and claims management, I would also give lectures at different syndicates, associations and public and private institutions regarding industrial and constructional contracts as well as domestic and international commercial law.Over the last 12 years, besides engineering design of power-line transmission projects, I have been involved in a variety of oil & gas industry projects in South Pars Region (Assaluyeh) in Iran. Moreover, I have got experience in documentation of commercial strategies as well as providing consultation services through marketing plans to well-known companies and shopping centres all across Iran.
