Technologies being discussed : Slack, DevOps, Test Automation, Agile Coaching, Analytics, CI/CD, Jenkins, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Containerization…. I founded this community in November 2017 as a simple whatsApp group with 05 members with the objective of collaborative learning through community sharing. We are so bound to our day job that we seldom look into what is happening outside in terms of technology and practices in the industry. Our employees hardly collaborate with others outside the organization. We all are aware of the power of collaborative learning. With that idea, I started this community in November 2017. Today we have more than 100 engineers from 35 different organizations discussing technology, best practices, tools, engineering culture etc. The experience of the community members range from 3 to 27 years with Associates to Directors playing critical roles within the community. So, one could imagine the amount of knowledge getting shared and discussed every day. I am the founder and the community leader. I have led the community to do 4 webinars and 1 major technical conference in Bangalore. My vision is to make this the one of the world’s largest community. It started as a Smaart Testing Community. Now that we are seeing shift-left testing where testing and development are merging together with CI/CD DevOps paradigm, this community would cater to the needs of anyone who loves technology, collaboration, learning and growing together.
