1,Collect potential customers information from worldwide ,(from company advertisement、information from exhibition /from old clients、internet B2B, etc. ),to learn what the type of dc motor and purchasing budget of the new clients are, Also, according to the financial and enterprise nature of these clients, to sort them for custom-made following up; 2,To talk with purchaser &engineers by all different ways to learn their information about the specifications of dc motor such as: specifications required for their design /prototype , to guide them to make their budget matching our quotation and up to our price level, offer the best proposal for their reference on the base of real environment from them, to get the order in the end after dc motor samples tested well.3,As to project for important customers,(state-owened enterprise/Listed company) to collect as much as possible the competitors’ information who will bid to know about their power & ability;to make good relationship with purchaser (key personnel who influence buying decisions) and together with them to draft most favorable tender to bid for this project , To get the bid at last ;4,Dealing with after-service work together with after-service department, maintaining old clients to establish good reputation for Hotec brand dc gear motors. 5.Making KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for every month in order to service our customers better in future in case any future shipment delayed.6,Making daily working report, monthly working report, and quarterly statement to General Manager. The contents include how to develop new clients,Updated information about existing clients, DC motor testing situation ,information about payment and account follow up, estimation sales turnover for next month;
