• Strategic planning & Execution: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop a comprehensive TA Strategy plan; Craft compelling sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates from a global talent pool (Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Australia); Stay abreast of market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.• Process Optimization & Data-Driven Decision Making: Build and continuously improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness; Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize key metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.• Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing TA team (up to 5 members); Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop the skills and expertise of TA team members.• Recruitment & Hiring Expertise: Partner with RMO, hiring managers, hiring directors to develop compelling job descriptions and interview plans; Successful TA Team leading in hiring for all levels, from entry-level to C-suite, across technical and non-technical roles.
