• Migrated Evertz “MVIP II” to Intel GPU while the original product was intended for Nvidia GPU.
• Resolved dependencies issues for Evertz existing products: “MVIP II”, “evEdge”, “VistaLINK PRO”, “Etiquette” which allows them to run on the same platform “evRemote”.
• Cooperated with hardware engineer to customize Linux Kernel to ensure all hardware’s driver is ready and working. Especially front panel touch screen used Evertz driver and needed to customize EDID in BIOS.
• Isolated different products using Docker container or KVM at the virtualization layer
• Generate a ISO like image on bootable USB for massive production
• Documented approaches of the problem, errors encountered and solutions. Reported to supervisor on weekly base.
