Responsible for the planning, development, testing and implementation of Information Technology at Think Smart, Inc.As CTO and 30% shareholder from the startup of Think Smart, Inc. I was responsible for all company IT planning and resources from planning, requisition & preparation of both hardware and software systems. Leading the in-house development team of Think Smart Inc's service delivery software and support systems was my primary focus.While a partner in the company I worked with psychotherapists from a variety of practices, nutritionists, distribution managers, Logistics specialists, medical doctors, and many other professionals and produced the software specification documentation outlining Think Smart, Inc's business support and service delivery software systems. Leading a small team of distributed developers from concept to testable product in just shy of 6 months. During that time I also planned and oversaw the complete buildout of Think Smart, Inc. fully ADA accessible facility, cabling and IT infrastructure including the preparation and continued maintenance of all sandbox, development, testing, producing and backup servers necessary for service delivery including employe workstations.I resigned as CTO from Think Smart, Inc. in June 2013 moving out of state with family.

During my time employed with Medicare Supplement Research Service I designed & developed a complete sales and customer relationship management software suite designed to facilitate every imaginable aspect of medicare supplement insurance sales over the phone while maintaining a paperless operation. I was responsible for the setup and administration of multiple unattended autodialer servers while developing integration software focused to automate as much of the sales process as possible.I oversaw operations to ensure all systems, staff and procedures were operating within the legal boundaries in place as detailed to me at the time by legal counsel. When the FTC created the Do Not Call list - I incorporated the acquisition and use of the data to meet legal requirements before the DNC lists were even available for purchase. (and I made sure to put not just my phone number in the FTC's DNC system but everyone I knew. lol)
