Waste Management Specialist and Contract Manager at FUTURE - Engenharia para além da técnica.Since 2011 I have created and developed the waste management projects business of PROMAN / FUTURE PROMAN, also carrying out and managing these projects.I am a civil and sanitary engineer based in Portugal, specialized in solid waste management and wastewater treatment.Since 1991 I have been working in engineering consultancy on a wide variety of solid waste management and wastewater treatment projects. My work has covered planning studies, impact assessments, preliminary designs, detailed designs, preparation of tender documents and terms of reference for construction and operation, evaluation of tenders / proposals for construction, operation strategies and laboratory studies. Many of the projects in which I have been involved were financed by the EU Cohesion Fund. I have worked for public- and private-sector clients in the United Kingdom, Portugal, Pakistan, Morocco, Tunisia, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Cape Verde and Mexico. I speak, listen and work in the English, French and Portuguese languages.
