At the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) Migration and Remittance Programme, conducted crucial research on international remittance flows during the pandemic, which informed member states' actions to keep remittances flowing in times of crisis. Played a key role in gender-smart product development action research in Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Nepal, even amid challenging conditions such as the Pandemic and Crisis. Specialized in granular-level real-time big data analytics, working with large datasets to enable detailed disaggregated analysis based on gender, age, education, and more. This included managing ten large datasets covering 8 million customers and over 100 million transactions, and building interactive data dashboards that became the standard for other RSP partners. Also focused on public data mining on migration and remittances, analyzing remittance corridors, transaction costs, and flows to developing economies with a strong emphasis on disaggregation by sex, corridor, and country. Supported remittance companies in Asia, leading to significant improvements in customer onboarding and digital remittance integration, particularly for women customers.
