After getting my Bachelor Degree in Economics from Royal University of Law and Economics, I immediately got my first job at Y CHHE Group, the Big Supplier in Construction Material in Cambodia. I had spent more 4 years in this company as Assistant Sales Manager. I was given high responsibilities in managing 25 sales officers in 1000 depots nationwide. In recognition of my high management performance, I was awarded in 2015 as "Excellence performance of the year".As the next career moved, I was called to join the VitaFeed Mill as Regional Sales Manager based in Kampong Speu province. It was really a challenge job for management in 4 provinces responsibilies. However, I like the challenge and ready to get more challenges in this large organization. In 2015, I was invited to be part of AMK Microfinance as Brand Sales Manager to drive the business Chanel.
